Fortune Magazine has released the best companies to work for:

Here are the top 10:

1. Google

2. Quicken Loans

3. Wegmans Food Markets

4. Edward Jones

5. Genentech

6. Cisco Systems

7. Starbucks

8. Qualcomm

9. Goldman Sachs

10. Methodist Hospital System

I am not surprised that Google is # 1 but I was surprised that Quicken Loans was ranked # 2.  Surprisingly, Quicken Loans had a 68 % job growth (Google had 60 %)

This list is very important to keep in mind when you are looking to work for a company that truly appreciates you.  It would be pretty cool to work for Google.  They provide free lunch, massages, day care and tons of other incentives.
