5 Reasons You Should Exercise

Everyone should exercise on a daily basis but here are 5 reasons why you should.

1.  You feel better – After you have exercised, you have sense of rejuvenation and you feel damn good.

2.  You live longer – Studies have shown that people that exercise 30 minutes a day on a daily basis increase their lifespan by over 20 years!

3.  Save money – You are probably bit confused here.  You are thinking that I have to pay money to join a gym or buy new shoes for walking or running.  Think of it as this way:

  • You will make less trips to the doctor (save on gas, less stress, more content with yourself)
  • You will not need someone else’s help when you get older (nursing homes are not cheap!)

4.  You get the girls/guys – Believe it or not, everyone needs a little bit of attraction when they are looking for a boyfriend or girlfriend. You do not need a six pack but looking in shape will definitely help)

5.  Sex life will be better – The more you exercise, the more energy you will have and you build stamina.  The rest is self explanatory.

Great tips. I try to exercise on a daily basis but you know how life gets when you married. Keep up the great work Vik!

Totally agree with you Brain. If he can do it, anyone can do it. It’s just a matter of getting in the groove and doing it on a daily basis.

We can’t be lazy and expect to lose weight. You have to push yourself.
